I mean a site shouldn't be down. It's just sits there. Not like it requires someone who runs the site to monitor it. Time for a new ISP. What a bizarre response.

Are you really insisting that someone, who does this for free without charging his members, should spend more money out of pocket to please an impatient user?

Moving the topic of web design over here. Thanks, those of you who put in your $.02. HTML and CSS are not programming languages but both are essentially to know to effectively be able to work on most major websites.

I'm certainly no expert, but all websites run on the foundation of HTML. If you right click any website -> view source, you will see they all generally use HTML tags that are served to the browser. You may chose various languages to develop the site such as Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C, C#, VB, JavaScript, etc., but usually at some point they are compiled or translated by a web server into some form of HTML.

If you look at the public source of Carowinds, it appears to me that it might be using Node.js (although a version or two ago of it was using ASP.Net). JavaScript has always been a client-side scripting language that allows you to offload some of the work for a website to the client's computer (and it is also something universal you should be familiar with for web development). What is unique about Node.js is that it runs JavaScript on the server.

I’m seeing it tomorrow because my brother is a huge MARVEL fan. I enjoy the franchise as well, but he’s ever so keen on being spoiler-free. Just today, I realized that the Wikipedia page for Avengers: Endgame has an entire plot section; out of dire curiosity I skimmed over the last two lines and accidentally spoiled a major plot point for myself. Oops! :(

My wife is the same way with her movies. She doesn't want to know a thing about them, to the point that she will leave a theater during the previews and I have to text her when they're over. Sometimes she'll stay during the previews and if one comes on for a movie she wants to watch, she'll put her head down and "massage" her ears so she can't hear.

In fairness, we go to the movies less than twice a year, so it's not a frequent occurrence.

New Usher album coming 2019. He's planning a big comeback and has signed with a new management team in November 2018. Usher's teased a Confessions 2 as a sequel to follow the diamond-certified album that rocketed him to legendary status, Confessions.

Hi guys, I didn't know where to put this, so here it is. There is a place in northern Georgia called Helen. It is known for Cool River Tubing (where you can float down the Chattahoochee river) and BabyLand General Hospital (a weird attraction that is the hub for Cabbage Patch Kids). Last year during my yearly trip to the town, I noticed that a new thing was coming to Helen. It was a new credit. The first alpine coaster has arrived in Georgia and it is called (wait for it)... Georgia Mountain Coaster! It may be your average alpine coaster, but the other attractions in the area can add on to that and make your day worth your money! I'd suggest you'd check it out, it's a very good place to go for a day trip, since it's about a two hour drive from where I live (SC). the coaster is opening on memorial day weekend and I can't wait to try the Georgia Mountain Coaster when I go back this summer!

If you want to plan your trip and/or have any questions about the town, feel free to PM me.

I just got back from a Europe trip that concluded with a trip to Phantasialand. I might be overreacting because of how recent it was but Taron.. New number #2 behind Fury & Skyrush tie. Might post in trip reports later if I find the time/motivation but I wouldn't hold your breath.
