If you didn't know already, the park's intamin pre-fab, Colossos, has been SBNO for quite a long time now. The ride has gone under extensive trackwork, and a 2019 re-opening has been sceduled.
The new news is about the theme of the ride.
Stated on the park's website, the new name of the ride is "Colossos: Battle of the Giants" which therefore depicts the theme. The park is also erecting a large statue of a giant to go along with the theme.
Also: here's a little nitpick. If you take a look on the site, you see a large blazing logo that looks almost identical to that of Wicker Man's logo at Alton Towers (Another park owned by Merlin) This leads me to believe that the rides are somehow connected by a storyline somehow.
What are your opinions on this ride's re-opening and new theme?
