Stay away from the KDfan site for a while. Those kids are trippin real hard over there. They are suffering from Cedar Point/MF envy over there. I guess we would act up real bad too if we ended up with a scaled down version of Diamondback.

I'm not getting on you , but why would we be imature and throw a fit because we got a small(er) hyper than Kings Island? As long as our new rides good , I'm happy. If it isn't I wouldn't throw a fit..

Edit: Do you guys think it is a possibility that we could get a 300 foot B&M? I'm doubting it because B&M isn't known for that...

was B*M known for their flyer design before they actually designed a flyer? Was B&M known for their dive machine coasters before they designed a dive machine. The point is anything is possible if thats what the park wants. You see how Intamin redesigned their coaster track and support structure as well as premier. Alot of companies are revamping and tweaking...

After I was looked back on my original drawing of the station / block break layout I'm even more convinced that the trains will be old style.

I don't think there is enough room to store 3 trains of the new style in there. Those trains are really long and the storage area/station set up doesn't look like it's long enough to store them.

Jarsh, have you even seen Behemoth's shed? Looks about the same length to me.

Jarsh,

Go back to page 36 or 37 where somebody drew the lines on the footers, it is the exact same as behemoth. I even provided a picture of behemoths shed to prove the point. Not saying this garuntees it but it appears to be the same exact style down to the number of footers as behemoth.

I don't know why everybody is pissed about 305, it looks pretty cool, could always be better but honestly what couldn't. I'm looking forward to driving up there and enjoying a NEW roller coaster, added a little more variety to the bucket!

Here's a question for anyone having ridden Diamondback: Is the station que divided eight times or sixteen times based on seating? Reason I ask is the train design looks like it could be really tricky to ride with your friends if each car is loaded from a single gate. For example if two groups of two people are in line for the next train do the groups get split up by the offset seating? Of does the first group grab the middle front seats and the second the offset "jump seats"?

Just curious since Carowinds might be looking at the newer trains.

Just throwing this out there it would be amazing if they had a loading station and a unloading station. That would deft be a people eating machine :)

From what I understand a well-run hyper from B&M can pull crazy pph without even paying for the dual station setup.
i.e. Diamondback

There are 32 riders, 16 divisions on both Behemoth and Diamondback. I suspect this will be the case on Intimidator 333 (). It's just like the queue for the Intamins. Not as great as direct four seating, but I think this way it's less confusing for the GP. "What do you mean I don't go this way?"

Indeed. I was truly shocked when they were dispatching a full Behemoth train while the train in front of it was still in the hammerhead! Really good at eating people.
