I was trying to but its to complicated because we dont know the exact length of the track where it is going full speed.

And it looks like to me its going alot faster than 75-80mph. Hopefully

I wonder how much money they have saved finishing early?

Just checked the webcam and they're testing now. I hope they still are around 5:00 so that I can stop by on my way home from work!

From the looks of it its in steady testing mode. I dont think it will be testing after 5 if they keep testing at this rate they will have all their numbers under their belt. I just wonder if they are testing the different trains different days since only one train is on the track right now...

I've been watching the webcam for the past hour and have noticed that each time the train goes up the lift, they pause it at the top for a minute or two before letting it go over. Anyone know why this might be?

Its happening sporatically, not every time. Of course "we" here dont know why but im sure some will try to convience you otherwise. I mean they have been stopping it on the mcbr and all. Its like when you get a new car, dont you test it out to get a feel of what you're dealing with, same thing with what they are doing here...

I wonder what type of lift hill lights will Intimidator have.
Will they be chasing lights like Behemoth/ or will they just be regular lights(light bulbs) every few feet like Afterburn & Nighthawk.
Chasing lights would be great.

It seemed pretty slow to me. I mean not to the point where its not going to make it back but slow.

Well, I was over by the "grassy knoll" while all the afore-mentioned things were happening.. BTW, nice meeting ya Wes.. It just appears they were checking the safety systems and cycling a train today.. Yes, the MCBR did slow it down, but it was still going a good clip out of it..

It did appear faster today than last week. Dont be fooled by a camera or eyes several hundred yards from the object in motion.. This aint your grandma's buick...

Heck, I want them to check this stuff... extensively.... now.... That way we know it is right and will work like its supposed to in the event of a system failure.. Wear it out guys!!!!

Side note, whoever has closeups of the valley before the MCBR, look for "something" the train goes thru before it heads up the hill.. We noted a "clicking" as it passed over the bottom of the valley....every time. Something like a trim or a speed sensor... It sounded similar to the MCBR but much shorter...
